We do. Huntersville's luxury communities were built recently on generous lots, and most homeowners want to turn that open backyard into a true outdoor living environment. We design and build paver terraces, outdoor kitchens, fire features, pergolas and covered rooms as one cohesive space — common work in Skybrook, Vermillion and NorthStone.
Yes, and we do it constantly here. Skybrook, Birkdale, NorthStone and Macaulay all have architectural review committees with material and setback standards. We prepare the scaled site plans, elevations and product specs those committees require and time the build around approvals so nothing stalls.
That's one of our most common projects. Many newer Huntersville lots were rough-graded during construction and left with slopes, wet corners and clay that sheds water toward the house. We regrade, install engineered retaining walls to reclaim level yard, and build French-drain and catch-basin systems that carry water safely away.
Because we're local, mobilization is quick — but design–build is a considered process, not a rushed one.
