Huntersville grew up new: master-planned neighborhoods, golf frontage, and houses drawn with real backyards. That is a gift and a to-do list at once. The lot is generous, but the builder left it rough-graded — a slope here, a wet corner there, an acre of blank sod waiting on a plan. We take that raw canvas and make one thing of it: terrace, kitchen, fire, water, planting and light, drawn together and set by a single in-house crew from first sketch to final stone.

We do. These communities went up recently on generous lots, and most owners want that open backyard turned into a genuine outdoor living space. We design and build paver terraces, outdoor kitchens, fire features, pergolas and covered rooms as one connected environment — routine work for us in Skybrook, Vermillion and NorthStone.
Constantly. Skybrook, Birkdale, NorthStone and Macaulay all run architectural review committees with material and setback rules. We prepare the scaled site plans, elevations and product specs they require and time the build around their approvals so nothing stalls.
One of our most common jobs. Plenty of newer lots here were rough-graded during construction and left with slopes, wet corners and clay that sheds water back toward the house. We regrade, set engineered retaining walls to win back level yard, and build French-drain and catch-basin systems that carry water safely away.
Being local, we mobilize quickly — but design–build is a considered process, not a rushed one. After your consultation we produce a master plan and 3D renderings to approve, then schedule the in-house build.
